HHC Surgery Center Holdings, LLC will request CON approval to assume an additional seat on the Board of Managers of SCA Specialty Holdings of Connecticut, LLC, the majority owner of Specialty Surgery Center of Connecticut. Summer Street ASC, LLC owns and operates Specialty Surgery Center of Connecticut, a licensed outpatient surgical facility located at 1281 E. Main Street in Stamford. HHC Surgery Center Holdings, LLC will request CON approval to assume an additional seat on the Board of Managers of SCA-Hamden, LLC, the majority owner of North East Alliance Surgery Center. Greater New Haven ASC, LLC owns and operates North East Alliance Surgery Center, a licensed outpatient surgical facility located at 2080 Whitney Avenue in Hamden. The proposal has no associated capital expenditure.
