Join us for the 3rd Annual Multiple Sclerosis Symposium, a patient centered program designed to educate, empower, and support individuals living with multiple sclerosis and their care partners. Join board-certified neurologists and co-directors of the Hartford HealthCare Immunology Program, Dr. Mary Bailey, Dr. Brian Wong and Dr. Derek Smith, as they talk about the latest in MS treatment, and learn about resources to help navigate living with MS easier for patients and caregivers. This year?s theme, Wellness, Innovation, and Research, highlights the latest advancements in MS care, practical strategies for daily living, and resources to enhance overall well being. Attendees will hear directly from MS specialists, participate in an interactive Q&A panel, and connect with others navigating the MS journey.
