In the midst of everything we are going through with the pandemic, the attention and care from the moment I walked into the hospital until the moment I was discharged was outstanding. Every interaction with a staff member from greeter, receptionist, nurses, doctors, anesthesiologists, technicians and every other staff who’s role I was not able to captured was excellent. I started seeing Maureen after my primary care doctor left the Hartford Healthcare practice. I was not happy about changing doctors after going there for over 15 years, but I am happy to report that I took my previous doctor's recommendation on whose hands I should put my health into after her departure. Maureen Morris gets an A++++ grade. I love the way she talks and listens to me before addressing all my health concerns. I am very happy that Maureen is my Primary PA.
